    @ugidali I would leave definitely more time after food, as you have noticed your body tells you. Leave at least 1.5 hour, and maybe that isn’t enough after a heavy meal, again, you’ll feel it!

    I love this,how long should i wait to do this after i eat?I did them about 30 min after and my tummy hurt.Thanx for your vids they are GREAT!Dee

    namaskar esther, when you extend your leg you are exhaling. But since this is an opening movement shouldn’t it be a inhale ? and exhale when you ull in ? just a doubt in my mind. thanks for sharing your knowledge.
