I just switched from a cheap broken futon to an actual mattress, and that helped getting up in the morning . . . next, I should try this. I’ll get back to you on the results!

I find it really helps me in the morning if I circle my feet round and my hands too clockwise & anti-clockwise, stretch my legs out and lift my knees up towards my chest, stretch my arms under the covers and then out into? the air too a few times I do all this while I am still lying in bed.. I find I can move much easier and have less stiffness when I get out of bed. I also touch my fingers to my thumb, stretch my fingers out and clench my fists.
    Namste :) )))

  • grannykempock May 10th, 2010 at 3:55 am #24

This looks great I’m gonna try this tomorrow. I might have to miss out the eagle arm fist bit as I’m not flexible enough and my boobs get in the way…will porbably just do arm circles instead at that bit. Thanks for the post …Namaste :) )
