Pilates does not place emphasis on the many repetitions of a particular task. Instead, the quality of the movement is more important. The most important thing is also placed on the mind / body connection that the movement is carried out as well, and attention is paid to the correct practice breathing exercises to help stay in a relaxed and controlled state of mind.

For this reason, Pilates is often used by people who suffer from some form of back pain, which can be triggered and maintained by the weaknesses and imbalance in the core muscles in the body.
Interestingly enough about, Pilates is a very sweet and low-impact exercise method, and so even if they are in poor health can often improve their strength and endurance by using the gentle pilates exercise. It’s always good to have your doctor approve any exercise routine where you can get involved, but many doctors are very well-inclined toward the use of color for their patients.
Another major advantage of Pilates exercises is that they do not take a long time to do. Since the quality of the body movements are more important than simple repetition, many Pilates exercises procedures may be performed in 10-15 minutes, just like at home. This works very well for many busy, on-the-go people today who are also concerned to maintain good health.
