It might be effective to state not to engage the quads or hip flexors and to really focus on the lower abdominals for more clarity on how to really get the most out of each exercise! Good video!

  • pilatesmommy2 July 1st, 2010 at 4:53 pm #11

Awesome! I am very thin and when I do traditional lower abs routines I get bulky- not the place you want to bulk up! Love this work out because it tightens and gives a long lean look- thanks!

  • ErinHuggins July 1st, 2010 at 5:00 pm #12

yes you should do exercises for upper, lower and side abs. this workout is only for lower abs, as per the title suggests, so add in your favorites if you like.

  • secondyonsama July 1st, 2010 at 5:57 pm #13

Can I just do 1st exercise??? It seems quite easy. I normally do 3 exercises for abs (1 for upper, side and lower). But the problem is i have weak low abdominals and I am very impatient. I can do everyday, 3 sets (15 times each set). If I do the first exercise it can make my life much more easier. Still good video. Thank you.
