    @darkxgrlxdevil I feel that the order doesnt matter. You can always switch it up if you get bored with the sequence, which I usually do. :D

    Hey Cassey I love your videos! They help so muchhh :D I’m burning so much and I’m so happy about it!

    I just have this one question, whenever I do the side planks my palms hurt, like around my wrists. I usually just deal with the pain but do you have any advice because I know it’s not good for me :/

    This is common. I will do a vid on stretches to help prevent this. It happens when you point your toes too much. Just ease them until you feel comfortable enough to point again.

    when i do this excersize my feet gets cramps why?i workout out alot but my foot just happenly gets this reaction.
