Before you re-think strategy or start handing out that pink slip (or, conversely, consider hiring a fresh set of MBA’s for the next financial term), think again. That creaky air-conditioner, or that ‘incorrectly’ dangling lock from your cabin door, could really hold the key. Were you aware that our ’structural environment’ – comprising infrastructure, buildings and equipment in all their forms around us – is actually an ‘alive’ neighborhood?
