FEAR THOUGHTS

When fear comes it paralyzes.
All that is false appears real.
Our mind takes off to horror and pain.
The worst will happen.
The pain is here and will not leave.
I am sick.
There is something horrible going on inside of me.
There is no help.
Help is far away;
It eludes me.
Pain is here, and discontent.
The pain stays; it will get worse.
All these thoughts
Destroy, Corrupt.
All these mind thoughts create
More Pain, More Suffering.
These made-up thoughts
Kill, Destroy.
They break down whatever order there is.
Their energy locks in all that is sick and sad.
All that they are is energy, thoughts.
If these thoughts continue
They begin to live and take form.
Right now they are only thoughts.
But do we persist?
Do we give yet more life to them?
Do we allow them to take over our life?
Do we persevere in the creation of them;
In the creation of Fear, Horror, Sickness,
Hopelessness, Death.
Do we go on and on? Do we think of more disorder?
Do we plan it, do we see it, do we feel it?
Do we believe it?
Do we never end?
Do we create a darkness that continues to grow?
Do we create a mountain of evil,
When at first
It begins with just
One made up thought?
One moment of imagination that seems real
And when allowed, builds and builds until
The worst possible situation becomes
A living reality.

MENDING IN BODY AND MIND

The process of breaking, mending.
We are chosen to experience the difficult times.
We are hurt in the physical or mental bodies.
We are broken up in body or mind.
So that we can mend together into one whole.
Getting those pieces back together
Makes us see where all those pieces were;
Out of balance. Out of perfect tune.
The process of healing
Brings those pieces into the perfect whole.
This process is life itself.
Growth and destruction.
Then growth again.
Healing back together
Hopefully with greater understanding
A new outlook on life.
A new beginning.
Death and birth.
Sickness and health.
We fall apart so that there can be a new birth.
A mending that heals all those scattered pieces
Back to our more perfect self.
