OK, diet caused longings plague nearly any person who has ever had the setback of needing or needing to lose any quantity of weight at all. Pin the list up and read it each single day! What this is doing is very important. It is rewiring what your brain associates pleasure to. Everytime you glance at the list of bad things that may happen you will swing the pendulum back in the other direction. Over time you’ll lose your taste for plenty of these foods.
