    @prexiousbl it will cure it! basically many people have lower back pain. No it’s perfectly safe. In fact, it makes you immortal. lol but for real, it’s safe.

    @smeahzidente Kundalinin yoga is supposed to be fast, hence the breath of fire.

    Good job! I am a teacher of Kundalini Yoga each pose is usually done 1 to 3 minutes….where you are gradually increase your time. Nice demo on the breath of fire coming from the solar plexus
